The facility is 6000 sq. ft. with a 2400 sq. ft. dance floor offering plenty of space for up to 200 people. Below is our rate schedule.

  • $90 per hour (minimum 3 hours)

  • $200 deposit

  • $150 refund after event if no undue damages occur

  • $50 non refundable maintenance fee

  • $50 per hour for DJ and Equipment use

  • Free ½ hour set up

  • Free ½ hour tear down

  • 31 chairs available for use

  • 3 bistro style table and 2 rectangular folding tables available for use
