Private Yoga Sessions

Originally, yoga was taught by one teacher directly to one student. The great ancient teachers understood the importance of individualizing each yoga experience to meet the needs of the student. Today, a private session allows for a more intimate view into your practice. You can start a new practice, deepen your practice or spend some time working with an injury or condition. When you work with a teacher one on one, the teacher is able to help you experience the benefits of yoga in a safe, personal way.


Private Yoga sessions are available at 2 locations to serve you. 

Spokane Rare wellness (option for heat and Humidity)

Avoid eating 2 hours before class.


Hydrate before and after class. 


Bring a towel and mat.


Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early.  


Leave socks and shoes in the cubicles provided.  


Please turn off/silence cell phones.


Inform instructor of any injuries or health concerns. 


Respect and honor your body during practice.


Come with an open mind and an open heart.


Remember to breathe.
