For your dance lesson, we recommend wearing business-casual attire that allows for comfortable movement—such as dress slacks, skirt and a nice blouse or shirt, or yoga-style pants paired with a polished top. The goal is to look neat and feel free to move easily. Shoes should have smooth or leather soles (often called “slip-sole” shoes) to help you glide comfortably across the dance floor. Please avoid sneakers, rubber-soled shoes, or anything with heavy tread, as these can make turning and stepping more difficult. If it has recently been snowing or raining, please bring a separate pair of clean shoes to change into before your lesson to help keep the dance floor safe and dry. Once you’ve moved beyond the beginner phase, we’re happy to provide recommendations for quality dance shoe vendors to help you feel and look your best.
Your lesson time is reserved exclusively for you, we may ask for pre-payment to honor our instructors’ schedules and make those spots available to other eager students. Cancellations or rescheduling require 24 hours notice of your appointment. No-shows, will be charged the full lesson fee. Thank you for helping us serve everyone effectively!

Lessons are held in a professional co-op space that charges for separate facility fees per booking. These are included in your lesson pricing to cover the shared venue costs.
No prior dance experience is necessary. Our classes are designed for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced dancers.
You do not need a partner to take lessons at NVision Dance. Many students come solo, and your instructor will work directly with you as your dance partner, guiding you through each step, connection, and pattern. This is often the best way to build confidence quickly, learn proper technique, and focus on your specific goals

Choose from classic ballroom favorites like the Waltz, Tango, and Foxtrot for a timeless and elegant first dance, or spice things up with the lively Cha-Cha, Rumba, Swing, or Salsa. If you prefer something more relaxed and fun, we also offer Country Two-Step and other country-inspired dances. No matter your style, we’ll help you feel natural, confident, and connected.
